This happens when the game and server aren't reaching each other.
It can be caused by a multitude of reasons, either something local on your end, something on our end, or anything in the internet tubes in between us.

N.B. If other people can access the game, but you can't, then this can be caused by: - A specific internet router dropout somewhere between us. *Internet traffic routing hardware goes down occasionally. *Not all traffic goes via the same routes and routers. So you might be getting some traffic through, and not others. - A local government authority could be blocking, or limiting traffic, through specific routers.
In these cases, you can try using a VPN, if you have one, to see if routing the traffic through other servers unblocks the issue for you.
Gems are consumable items, and when they're placed in your village, they give your lovely creatures a healthy dose of love and care - Because Wonderman Nation creatures like sparkly things!
When these gems give off their love and care, it also consumes them. To see how many days worth of health a gem has, you can check the item inspector for your gem, and take a look at its 'Health' stat.
That's correct, breeding creatures isn't deterministic.
We use a random selection of DNA from both of the creatures being bred to determine their Stats, and their body parts.
The only thing that is deterministic within breeding is that the body parts that are selected will determine the movement, items and abilities that a creature can do, or use, as you need arms to hold a weapon, legs to walk, wings to fly, a stinger to sting, etc.
Particular combinations of body parts unlock certain abilities as well. i.e. You need a stinger to sting, but you need wings+stinger to do a flying sting attack.
This is because you logged in with a third party authentication, like Google or Pavillion, and so your username has a temporary ‘p_’ or ‘g_’ at the beginning of it. You just need to update your username to something of your own choosing, and then you’ll be able to link accounts, assuming that you have more than one account linked.
This is because unlinking your last ever log in method for your account will leave you unable to ever access it again.
If you want to keep the account, then you can shuffle around account logins by linking/unlinking other accounts that you own.
If you don’t want to keep the account anymore, then you can delete your account instead. But this option is currently only available if your account is empty of all assets.
Once your transaction has cleared from your outgoing wallet, then the process is near instant on our end, so if the tokens that you sent haven’t shown up within a max of 10 secs on our side, then;
Refresh your account. You can also try doing a ‘hard’ refresh by pressing Ctrl+F5.
Check that you have a BSC address set in your account — Our backend will only match token transfers to linked BSC addresses. You can check this on the ‘Crypto Menu’ page. Look for ‘Current BSC Address’ — This section should have a wallet address listed, when set correctly.
Check that you sent the tokens to the correct address. The Wonderman Account address for ALL token transfers into the game is: 0x0245B93c2C4f31d276A965eC8213c045987863A8
Note: If you ever send tokens in from a wallet, they will happily sit there unclaimed until you link the wallet that you sent them from. When you link a wallet that sent tokens, the tokens will instantly appear in the account with that wallet linked to it.

Minting creatures and items to Ethereum is currently slated for the 11th February, 2026. Other chains will be available after this, at a date still to be set.

Technically, all of them, as you can use our ‘Transaction Verification’ method to quickly link your Ethereum and BSC wallets from any wallet.

Yes. In the shop, click the Wonderman Icon in the top right corner of the creature or item that you want to send, select the chain that you want to send to, and then approve the transaction.
Notes: - You'll need to make sure that you have enough of the required tokens in your account to complete the transaction.
- You can only send items to wallets that you've linked to your account. See the section on linking 3rd party chain wallets for more info on this if needed.
This means that your Pavillion account is already linked to another account, and likely as the primary account.
If this account has a p_*pavusername*, then this is an account name that’s auto generated if you ever log in with a Pavillion account directly, instead of linking it to another account.
This can happen with either of the cases mentioned above.
If you have your tokens in one account, then likely you would consider this to be your ‘primary’ account?
If this is the case, then you’re able to either remove the Pavillion account link with the other account by unlinking it in the Account Linking section, or, if this is the ONLY account associated with this username, then you’re able to delete this account, so long as this account doesn’t have ANY assets at all.
If it DOES have assets, then you can’t delete it — The ability to transfer tokens and items out of accounts will open up at game release — But you can still unlink your Pavillion account by first adding another account login method to this account (can be a Google or a Wonderman account), and then, once the account has an alternate log in method, you’ll be able to unlink the Pavillion connection to it.
We recommend that you then go to the Pavillion Hub website and log out of that account — This step isn’t strictly necessary, but it can help to clear website auth cookies.
After you do this, you should be fine to log into your primary account and then link your Pavillion Hub account to it.
This is fine. You can easily rename that account to be a different name, to free up that name for you to use again, as every username is unique, and can only be used by one account at a time.
Once you’ve renamed the account that had the name that you wanted to reuse, you can then go back to your primary account and rename that to be the username that you just freed up.
This is likely because the NFT that you own has already been used and linked to an account.
If we don’t set these NFTs as ‘one activation only’ then it can be possible for someone to shuffle it around and claim multiple rewards from multiple accounts.
As above, this is likely because you activated a ‘First In’ NFT with your account, but have since moved it to another account.

2) Go to the 'Account Management' page, and link your Pavillion Hub account.
3) Go to the 'Crypto Menu', scroll to the bottom of the page, and hit the 'Claim Tokens' button.
N.B. If your linked Pavillion Hub account was a part of the public sale, then you'll see the buttons to claim tokens.
If your linked Pavillion Hub account wasn't a part of the sale, then the claim options won't appear.
